Partner portfolios governance

Partner portfolios are portfolios built in collaboration with external organizations, ecosystems, or brands.

They typically exist for distribution, alignment, or ecosystem-focused use cases.

What is governed

Partner portfolios have an explicit, agreed structure:

  • token list

  • target weights

  • rebalancing parameters

  • any partner-specific constraints (disclosed)

Who can change what

  • The partner may propose changes within the agreed scope.

  • DiversiFi validates and applies changes through the protocol configuration process.

  • DiversiFi may also propose changes (e.g. safety, operational constraints), aligned with the joint framework.

Change validation and disclosure

All structural changes:

  • require explicit validation according to the partner governance framework,

  • are documented and disclosed with clear attribution (partner vs DiversiFi),

  • are not driven by short-term performance targeting.

The purpose of this governance model is to combine partner input with DiversiFi-level user protection and safety standards.
