Partner Indexes are indexes created in collaboration with external organizations, ecosystems, or brands.

They are intended to support distribution, access, or ecosystem alignment.

Characteristics

• Index structure is defined jointly

• The partner’s role is disclosed

• DiversiFi provides infrastructure, execution, and transparency

• No discretionary control over the platform is granted

Scope

Partner Indexes are subject to the same structural rules as other indexes and are not surfaced or prioritized based on performance.

Governance Model

Partner Indexes follow a jointly defined governance framework.

Roles and responsibilities are explicitly disclosed at launch.

What Can Change

• Structural parameters agreed by both parties

• Operational updates required for maintenance

• Index lifecycle decisions (e.g. continuation or sunset)

Constraints

• No unilateral discretionary changes

• No performance-driven adjustments

• No preferential platform treatment

User Impact

All governance actions are disclosed with clear attribution to the involved parties.
