# Creator portfolios governance

Creator portfolios are portfolios designed by approved creators working with DiversiFi.

Creators define the thesis and propose structural changes, while DiversiFi validates changes before they are applied, to protect users from unexpected or unsafe moves.

## What is governed

Creator portfolios define:

* token list
* target weights
* rebalancing parameters

## Who can change what

* The creator can propose updates to composition, weights, and parameters.
* DiversiFi validates proposed changes before they are applied.

## Validation principles

Validation is not about “picking winners”. It is a safety and user-protection process focused on:

* supported assets and liquidity constraints
* concentration and obvious risk parameters
* operational / execution feasibility
* clear disclosure to users

All approved changes are documented and attributed.
