# DiversiFi Strategies governance

DiversiFi Strategies are curated, platform-defined portfolios maintained by the DiversiFi team.

## What is governed

For each Strategy, the following parameters are defined and maintained:

* token list
* target weights
* rebalancing parameters (e.g. drift threshold)
* operational constraints and safety limits

## Who can change what

* DiversiFi is responsible for proposing and executing structural updates to DiversiFi Strategies.
* Users do not control Strategy composition directly.

## How changes are handled

When a structural change is made:

* it is documented and disclosed,
* it is applied through the protocol upgrade / configuration process,
* it affects how the Strategy behaves going forward.

Governance exists to manage **structure and safety**, not to promise outcomes or react to short-term performance.
